Transactions via Bitcoin cannot be reverted once a Bitcoin address has been used and the funds have left your Bitcoin wallet. If you have not sent the funds yet, the deposit on your account will simply timeout and no further action is needed.
Once the funds have been received, they will be credited to your vault automatically and an email notification will be sent to you.
If funds are sent from your Bitcoin wallet, they will be credited once they reach 6 confirmations. This process can take up to 6 hours and depends on the blockchain network. When you deposit funds successfully, they will appear in your vault. To be able to trade with these funds, you will need to conduct an internal transfer from your vault to your trading account. Once this step is completed they will be linked to your MT4 account under the same ID as your trading account. You may do this using either of these two methods: 1Click on the From Account and To Account boxes below on the left hand panel to select which accounts you would like to transfer to and from. 2Click on Internal Transfer on the left panel and simply select where you want to move your funds to and from and click the Transfer button.
